Anthropic ties partner-tier progress to certified headcount. Your first certified hires unlock the first tier, and a bigger certified bench moves you into the next one. Most teams try to get there with self-study and a spreadsheet. A trainer-monitored cohort is faster, and you can see exactly where things stand.

What are the Claude certifications?
Anthropic certifies three roles (Associate, Developer, and Architect), each across a Foundations and Professional tier. They cover things like agentic architecture, Claude Code workflows, prompt engineering, tool/MCP design, and context management & reliability, depending on the track.
How long does a cohort run?
Every cohort runs a standard 6 weeks. Virtual Instructor, when added, runs one live session per week across that window. We scope your target exam date and track selection on the discovery call.
Do you guarantee a pass?
We don't sell guarantees. We sell a trainer who tracks readiness and steps in early. Cohort pass rate is the number we're both accountable to.
What if we want to certify people across multiple roles?
Each cohort covers one certification track, since the curriculum differs by role. Going after multiple roles just means running cohorts side by side, and your Platform license already covers any mix of tracks, so there's no added cost for it.
Can this run entirely remote?
Yes. The Platform and Slack bot work anywhere, and Virtual Instructor sessions are delivered live online.
What if we already have Claude / Anthropic access?
That's fine. This program is exam prep and doesn't require any particular Anthropic contract. If you don't yet have access, we can advise on that separately.
